Registration Process
Stop by the office to pick up a registration packet in English or Spanish.
To register your child please bring documents about your child's birth and health history to the Luther Burbank School Office.
1. A birth certificate or other legal proof of age.
2. A record of immunizations. Children entering school must be immunized against diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella (chickenpox). They must be tested for tuberculosis.
3. Proof of residence (a deed, lease agreement, rental agreement, and P.G.&E. bill) must be shown at the time of registration.
NOTE: Children who will be 5 years old by September 2, of each year are eligible for kindergarten.
Children who will be 4 years old by September 2, of each year are eligible to enroll in transitional kindergarten (TK).
